While insurance rates can change for a number of reasons, in this case there were also changes to the policies on the account that affected eligibility for several discounts that had previously been applied. Prior to those changes, your premiums had not been increasing by $100+ at each renewal; in fact, the previous renewal resulted in a decrease.
