When customers want to be serious about their insurance, they ask me what makes us stand out, I tell them what you just said. We answer the phone, we ask the correct questions and we solve problems. On the outside this seems very basic but I'm shocked at the amount of new customers that come to us because their current agent just doesn't answer the phone or call them back.
